India are currently taking on the hosts, England on day four of the ongoing third Test of a five-match series at Lord's Cricket Ground in London. Starting the day with 2/0 in their second innings, England went on to lose three wickets with 50 runs on board in the first hour with fast bowler Mohammed Siraj taking two wickets. After dismissing Ben Duckett to give India their first breakthrough in the sixth over, Siraj trapped Ollie Pope for LBW in the 12th over but the umpire didn’t give it out.

After that, Mohammed Siraj went towards Indian skipper Shubman Gill, convincing him to take a review. Eventually, Gill was convinced and went for a DRS. In the review, it turned out that the ball was clearly hitting the third stump and the on-field umpire was forced to overturn his result and adjudge him out. After a few overs, Nitish Kumar Reddy dismissed Zak Crawley as England lost three wickets at the score of 50 runs.

India bowled out for 387 runs, similar to England’s first innings score

Talking about the match, India ended up getting bowled out for 387 runs in their first innings which was exact similar to England’s first innings. Both the ended up getting a same total in the first innings with none of them getting a single-run lead. For India, KL Rahul turned out to be a star with his 100(177) runs, hitting 13 boundaries. Apart from that, Rishabh Pant and Ravindra Jadeja also contributed with 74 runs and 72 runs respectively.

In reply to India’s first innings total, England lost three wickets on the fourth day of the Test match so far. Ben Duckett and Ollie Pope ended up getting dismissed to Mohammed Siraj while Nitish Kumar Reddy ended Zak Crawley's stay in the first session so far. Currently, Joe Root is taking the innings furhter along with Harry Brook as England eye for a big partnership.
