New Zealand fast bowler Lockie Ferguson is celebrating his 34th birthday on June 133, 2025. The right-arm pacer has been a crucial player in Kiwis’ limited overs setup in the last few years and is big wicket taker. Till now, Ferguson has played one Test, 65 ODIs and 43 T20Is in his international career so far taking 163 scalps in all three formats combined.

Lockie Ferguson made his international debut in an ODI match against Australia in Sydney on December 4, 2016. In his debut T20I against Bangladesh in Napier on January 3, 2017, Ferguson registered the figures of 3/32 as New Zealand won the match by six wickets. He was the second highest wicket taker in the 2019 ODI World Cup and played a crucial role for New Zealand to enter their second World Cup final.

Along with his international career, Lockie Ferguson has also played 49 matches taking 51 scalps in his IPL career so far. He has played for franchises like Rising Pune Super GIants, Kolkata Knight Riders, Gujarat Titans (GT), Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Punjab Kings. He was also a part of the GT’s squad that won the title in 2022.
