Jadon Sancho, the Manchester United winger, who is labelled as an outcast in the first-team currently under the management of Ruben Amorim, might be able to give a new lease of life to his footballing career. It is understood that both Napoli and Juventus are looking to sign the 25-year-old in the ongoing summer transfer window, and with that, he might be off to Italy for next season but not before the aforementioned clubs battle it out for him in the transfer market.

As per the Italian journalist, Gianluca di Marzio, Juventus got on the phone with Manchester United to discuss the potential of signing Jadon Sancho, who completed a loan stint with Chelsea at the conclusion of the last season. It was last summer when the Turin-based club had an interest in signing the England international, but nothing came out of it at the time.

Chelsea opted out of the option to buy Jadon Sancho by paying £5 million to Manchester United

With Chelsea deciding to not sign Jadon Sancho on a permanent deal this summer, paying £5 million to Manchester United to opt out of the option to buy, he has returned back to Old Trafford. While the inquiry about the Englishman from Juventus is recent, Napoli are already in a hot pursuit to sign him, and it is important to note that he prefers a move to the reigning Serie A champions as well.

Moreover, as far as Manchester United are concerned, the race to sign Jadon Sancho between Juventus and Napoli could increase the price of the winger, which will be a boost to the Red Devils in their bid to rebuild their squad for next season. Ruben Amorim has already brought winger Matheus Cunha from Wolves to the club fold with a £62.5 million deal, while the pursuit of winger Bryan Mbeumo of Brentford is expected to come to a close in the coming days.
