
The BMPS 2025 Semi Finals Week 1 have concluded with the top 8 teams from the overall standings qualifying for the Grand Finals. The remaining 24 teams will compete in the semifinals in Week 2 for the final 8 slots in the finals. A total of 32 teams, divided into four groups of eight, battled in a round-robin format during Semi Finals Week 1. Each team played 12 matches in this stage, and after all 24 games, the top 8 teams from the overall standings qualified for the Grand Finals, which will be played in New Delhi from 4 to 6 July, while the rest of the teams will play in Semi Finals Week 2, set to kick off on 19 June.

NONx Esports and Team Aryan, two underdog teams, have dominated the Semi-Finals Week 1. NONx Esports finished at the top of the table with a total of 111 points in 12 matches, while Team Aryan secured 2nd place with 107 points. Genesis Esports, led by experienced captain ShadowOG, also played well, finishing 3rd in the overall standings to get the ticket to the BMPS 2025 Grand Finals.
On the other hand, Godlike Esports, who played outstandingly well on the first two days, struggled on the last two days, resulting in their missing the direct qualification to the finals by just 1 point. Team Soul played well in the last six games, but they will also need to play in the semifinals in Week 2 along with other popular names like Orangutan, Wild Fangs, Reckoning Esports, and Team 8Bit.
