Lucknow Super Giants are taking on Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the last league match of IPL 2025 at Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow. It is going to be a crucial game for RCB as they aim to finish at the top two in the points table. Ahead of an important match, RCB skipper Jitesh Sharma won the toss and opted to field first. However, RCB will miss the services of Tim David as the Australian batter suffered an hamstring injury in the last match against Sunrisers Hyderabad.
Due to injury, Tim David will not be seen playing in the last league game for RCB. In his place, Liam Livingstone is back in RCB’s playing XI against LSG. Apart from that, Nuwan Thushara has also been included in place of Lungi Ngidi who left for national duties “Tim David misses out, Liam comes in, so does Thushara, he replaces Ngidi who left the team,” Jitesh Sharma said at the toss.
