India are currently taking on England on day five of the ongoing 1st Test of a five-match series at Headingley, Leeds. On the final day of the Test match, England got a great start while chasing a target of 371 runs as Zak Crawley and Ben Duckett put up an opening partnership of 188 runs. As Indian bowlers were having a hard time in the first session of the day, skipper Shubman Gill tried his best to motivate his teammates.

During the first session, Shubman Gill took names of fast bowlers Mohammed Siraj and Prasidh Krishna to motivate them in a unique way to get the wicket. On stump mic, Gill was quoted as saying, “Ek taraf se Mohammed hai, ek taraf se Krishna; dono tabahi macha denge aaj." The clip went viral on social media as soon as it was shared by the fans on social media.

Ben Duckett departs at 149 as India aim to make comeback in 3rd session

Talking about the match, England were at 269/4 after the end of the second session on day five. After a 188–run partnership, Zak Crawlwy was first to lose his wicket after scoring 65(126) runs. After a couple of overs, Prasihd Krishna gave India a second breakthrough as Ollie Pope got out for just eight runs. After England reached the 250-run mark, Shardul Thakur struck twice for India as he took big wickets of Ben Duckett and Ollie Pope.

Duckett lost his wicket after a well-made 149(170) runs hitting 21 fours and a six. On the very next delivery, Thakur dismissed Harry Brook for a golden duck as India made a comeback in the match. Now, Joe Root is still at the crease along with skipper Ben Stokes as England need 102 runs in the last session to win while India needs six wickets.
