Finally the day has come where the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 has seen a new winner emerge. In the summit clash, which was played on Tuesday, June 3 at the Narendra Modi Stadium, the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB defeated Punjab Kings (PBKS) by 6 runs to get their hands on the maiden title.
While they lifted the title for the first time in tournament’s 18-year history, there were several individual awards which were given after the conclusion of the tournament. Among many was the Super Striker Award, which was actually introduced in the season 2018.

However, over the years, several batters from around the world have not only glorified the concept of big hitting and consistently scoring in that fashion, but in doing so have accentuated the rise of the IPL as a global phenomeon. This accolade is usually given to a batter who scores runs at a fantabulous strike rate.
