MS Dhoni’s spouse Sakshi Singh Dhoni has dropped a post on Instagram on their 15th wedding anniversary. Dhoni and Sakshi started dating each other in 2008, and the same year, she got the media attention when she was spotted in Dhoni's 27th birthday party. After more than two years of secret dating, both tied the knot in Dehradun three days ahead of the wicket-keeper batter’s 29th birthday. In the wedding, Dhoni’s close friends and colleagues recorded their presence. As per news reports, Harbhajan Singh, Ashish Nehra, RP Singh, Suresh Raina, and Rohit Sharma attended the event.
After completing 15 years together, Sakshi took to Instagram and put a picture of her in which she can be seen holding the CSK star player’s hand and walking together. She captioned the post, “We made a promise ! Onto 16th.” MS and Sakshi have a daughter named Ziva, who was born on February 6, 2015. Dhoni didn’t take a paternity leave to meet his daughter and wife then as he was delivering his services to Team India in Australia, where the World Cup 2015 was scheduled to be played.

MS Dhoni was seen in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025, donning Chennai Super Kings’ (CSK) jersey. The veteran played 14 matches and scored 196 runs in 14 matches at a strike rate of 135.17. The 43-year-old was also seen handing the captaincy responsibility as well, following Rurturaj Gaikwad’s exit from the competition due to an injury, but his team finished at bottom of the table for the first-time in tournament history.
His fans will want him to appear in the next IPL installment again. Dhoni has been with CSK since 2008 and during this vast period, he has won five trophies (2010, 2011, 2018, 2021, and 2023) with the Yellow Army.
