VALORANT Esports World Cup 2025: Format and Schedule
VALORANT at the Esports World Cup 2025 is set to be played from 8 to 13 July. The tournament is divided into two stages - the Group Stage and the Playoffs.
Group Stage - 8 to 10 July 2025
A total of 16 teams will be divided into four groups of four teams each, following a Double-Elimination (GSL) format. Opening matches will be best of one, and all other games will be best of three. The top 2 teams from each group will qualify for the Playoffs.
Playoffs - 11 to 13 July 2025
A total of 8 teams (Top 2 from each group from the Group Stage) will compete in the Playoffs in a single-elimination bracket. All matches except the Grand Finals will be Best of three. The grand finals will be best of five.
