The 27-year-old French international, Theo Hernandez, who played a massive role in leading France to third place finish in the UEFA Nations League, has his contract being expired next season with AC Milan. He is reportedly not going to join the pre-season training with the Italian giants and is being considered to move to a new side. The left-back, who has been the pillar for AC Milan & created so many chances for the team with his sublime crosses, is now ready for a new chapter in his career.

Theo Hernandez’s move to Al-Hilal is considered to be in the final stages as the clubs plan to complete the agreement this week. However, a verbal pact took place 15 days ago, but no deal was finalised as Al Hilal were focused on the FIFA Club World Cup 2025. But now all parties hope to move to formal steps after Al Hilal was eliminated from the tournament in the round of 16. Theo Hernandez has already said ‘yes’ to the move two weeks before, as per Fabrizio Romano. After all the paperwork and the contractual agreements are dealt with, Theo Hernandez is all set to be announced as an Al-Hilal player by the end of this week.

Theo Hernandez has been a consistent performer for AC Milan, marking 262 appearances where he scored 31 goals and provided 24 assists. He has created history at the Rossoneri as he has become the highest scoring defender in the history of the club. Theo Hernandez had joined AC Milan from Real Madrid in the year 2019 and ever since that move, he had become an integral part of the club.

He is now all set to join the runners-up of the Saudi Pro League and will be eager to play a huge part in leading them to become Champions of Saudi in the upcoming campaign. It will be interesting to see how he links up with his new manager Simone Inzaghi, who joined Al-Hilal from Inter Milan.
