Renowned Internet personality IShowSpeed has allied with OBB Media to launch "Speed Goes Pro", a high-energy, six-episode YouTube series, which will witness the streamer in the competition with eminent sports personalities. The show will be produced in alliance with DICK'S Sporting Goods. Every episode of "Speed Gets Pro" in 2024 garnered more than 50 million subscribers against world-class athletes in contests drawn from their own sports domain. As per reports, former American professional football quarterback Tom Brady and the National Basketball Association (NBA) team Phoenix Suns’ player Kevin Durant are set to appear on the YouTuber’s show.
Earlier, in March 2025, IShowSpeed featured alongside Durant and Brady in a Dick’s Sporting Goods commercial. Besides three prominent personalities, American gymnast Sunisa Lee and American professional football cornerback Travis Hunter Junior also appeared in the ad.
Tyreek Hill challenges Speed to a sprint in Miami
Famous American professional football wide receiver Tyreek Hill challenged IShowSpeed through an X post. He revealed his views on Ashton Hall’s defeat against Speed. Hill remarked that Hall could’ve beat Speed if the former was less bulky. "Speed, you the man, but you still can't beat me and stop ducking me, dawg. I'm waiting on my turn. I live in Miami just like you live in Miami. Let's go. Let's get this thing going."
Earlier, in May 2025, Olympic Gold Medalist and Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt hailed Speed’s fitness and pace and offered to train him through one-on-one coaching in order to improve his speed. "I’m retired now, so I'm not running. “But I can coach you to go faster. You're already fast, but everybody wants to be faster, right?" said Usain.
